The word Inirida is said to mean “the sun’s mirror” and is probably related with the rivers in the region that reflects the tones of the sky matching clouds, sunrises, and sunsets in a magical way. To us, this word had a complex meaning. This intriguing location seats between two of the greatest biomes of South America, the Orinoquia-Guianas and the Amazonia. For that reason and packed with the spirit of discovery and a comprehensive understanding of the above-mentioned biomes, we carried out another great VENT tour in this wonderful land, one that never ends surprising us with mysteries and jaw-dropping bird species.
